The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) filed a complaint against the Doctor, alleging negligence, incompetence, and lack of good moral character. Despite being notified of his summary suspension, the Doctor continued to still see patients.
He was then charged by the Michigan Attorney General with a felony for continuing to practice medicine despite a summary suspension order against him.
