Christmas came early in 2017, about 1 month early, for Melissa Seidenstricker, a 29-year-old property manager of a luxury apartment building in downtown St. Paul.
On Thanksgiving Day, her brother Jake gifted her a cold-weather suit. He knew she was yearning for an early ice fishing trip, and she made a break for Upper Red Lake last Friday with a friend.
Melissa was a partier, Jake said, and she delighted in meeting up that night with fellow members of the Hard Water Zombies at the bar at ‘Rogers on Red’. Forty-eight hours later, when the weekend’s gold rush for fishing was over, Melissa and her friend were reported missing by the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Department.
A desperate search followed only to discover they had tragically drowned.
It wasn’t until a full investigation was completed, that her family, her friends, the police, and her lawyer, Stephen Gabrielson knew exactly what had happened on the fateful Thanksgiving weekend of November 24th through 26th, 2017.
Here today is Jake Seidenstricker to tell the story of his beloved sister, Melissa, for the first time ever on National TV.
In this INSIDER EXCLUSIVE, “JUSTICE IN AMERICA” NETWORK TV SPECIAL our news team visits with Jake Seidenstricker, and the family’s attorney Steve Gabrielson in Sartell, Minnesota ……to “Go Behind the Headlines” to see how Steve successfully represented Melissa’s estate to get justice.
