Jeff Goulder is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in a broad variety of complex, high dollar matters in courtrooms across the country. Jeff has successfully tried cases concerning professional liability, banking, construction, real estate, securities and general commercial disputes.
Jeff strategically guides his clients through all phases of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigation, through discovery, to trial and appeal. For each case, Jeff quickly identifies the core issues and designs an approach to achieve the client’s business goals as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
Jeff is also the chairman of the litigation department in the Phoenix office, a member of the firm’s national board of directors and chair of the Professional Liability/D&O Liability practice.
